Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Most communication was short and sweet. The people I spoke with were cordial, professional and pleasant. The interviews were among the most relaxed I've had. They led to actual conversations. It seems like they really value one's personality as part of an overall package of excellent qualifications.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 months)
Univision is a great company to work for but they are quite strict in their interviewing and hiring process. I had four different interviews with high ranking managers and it all seem to be fine but in the final interview, it was decided that my hiring process was to be determined by HR and the president of the company. This was due to the fact that they have a "No Re-Hire" policy, and I had worked for them in the past. I am currently waiting for their response...

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
I was very impressed by the laid back atmosphere, and the close-knit environment. These employees like and respect each other. They care about the zen in their office. I was interviewed by two groups of employees. They didn't ask many questions, but they wanted to hear about my background and experience. The questions they did ask were, "What sets you apart from other candidates?", and "How would you deal with a personality/person/situation you didn't like?", among other basic questions. They made a point of explaining their work responsibilities and how much time it entailed when the going gets tough. Every person emphasized the fast-paced environment in which they work, and asked how I think I would fare working there. I have never wanted to work anywhere so much as I do at this office. I'm waiting for the second part of this interview process to take place. They interview as a team, and the hiring manager will take their opinions and recommendations into consideration before making an offer. I truly hope I passed muster.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
After i sent my resume online, they called me 2 days later over the phone and scheduled me for an interview.
Got interviewed by 3 different managers for over 30 mins each, and was told that they will be calling me after they finalize their decision.
4 days later, i decided to call, asking them if they had come to an conclusion and even thanked them for giving me an opportunity to interview with Univision.
So they set me up for an interview with another recruiter of the company for over 30 mins.
It's been 4 days already, i haven't heard from them .
