Interviewed May 2012 (took 2 days)
I went in person to apply and they let me talk to the manager at the time and he asked me about my availability and if I had experience. (I didn't) But since I said I was available throughout the year because I was going to commute to school, he told me to come back the next day to get interviewed by another manager. She asked questions like why I wanted to work there, and how I would work in that kind of setting, and examples of how I handled problems. She told me she was going to call me back, but I'm pretty sure they say that when you're not hired.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Boston, MA (took 3 days)
The managers I had met with were very reasonable, however the actual running of the restaurant was poorly done. The people there had seemed nice enough, but they had mentioned they had a high turn-over rate. It was understood why with the amount of training and hours.

Reason for Declining
After a hours of training in a windowless basement of the Kenmore location, I decided that the job was not right for me. The people there seemed that they had been stuck in a rut, and I was in no position for a place where there was not upward mobility.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took a day)
The management team that interviewed me seemed very friendly and easy-going. I got the impression that Uno's would be a fun place to work, with every day bringing new challenges (which is something I like in a position). I interviewed with two people from Uno's, both with the local franchise. They did have me take a test that covered math, some basic skills info, etc...

Reason for Declining
I decided the hours weren't worth the pay they offered.
