Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 5 days)
I submitted a resume online and received a phone call within 3 hours! I was scheduled for an interview the next day and was asked why I was interested in the company, how comfortable I was as a sort of salesperson, and why I was the best candidate. Next, they brought me in for a "practical" interview where I gave a very brief personal training session to one of their personal trainers.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 1 week)
It started with a very informal phone interview. After the phone interview I was called in for a formal 1 on 1 interview with a manager and district manager. They simply took about 15 minutes to get to know me and to allow me to ask questions about the company.
