Accepted Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY Apr 2012 – Reviewed Apr 14, 2012
Interview Details – The first was a really casual group interview . Everyone chimed in when they felt it was necessary, it was held in one of the stores on the sales floor. The group had about 9 people. The second interview we were told would be held with the manager so I assumed that it would be a one-on-one but it was another group interview with about 5 people. Held in the fitting room area.
Interview Question – Share a time that you had a bad experience with a customer and describe what you did to resolve it. Answer Question
