It was an open job interview. The interview consisted of filling out an application and then waiting in groups to be interviewed. I had 5 other people in my group and the manager asked us questions such as : Why we want to work at UO, what was our best customer service experience, and then it was over. The manager told us they would call in a week if we get the second interview.
