Interviewed Dec 2010 in Austin, TX (took a day)
This place has gone way downhill. They hire you and once you make money, they refuse to pay. they say that the apartments or brokerages aren't paying them, but they lie. Everyone I started with has quit. Plus, they only pay 50% commission. It's a dead end. Basically good people who made a bunch of money and it went to their head. The brokers are in it for them. Search them out... look up the other reviews that are hidden. There have been good people who worked there but the management is the problem. Anyone should be able to start at 70% and commissions take 10-45 days to pay.. not 4-6 months as they say. Sad, that people can be so greedy.

Interviewed May 2010 in Austin, TX (took a day)
They sucked. I had found them on craigslist. I called them and the initial phone interview went well. We arranged a time for me to come in. The day before I was supposed to go in my car broke down in a different state. I called to ask if we could reschedule and she told me the position had already been filled.
