Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
I first went through a phone interview which wasnt bad. It took about 15 minutes and he asked about my schooling, employment background, and why I want to work for V&V. A week later I got a face to face interview with the General Manager and the recruiter for the one on one interview (another painless interview). It was very informal and only asked me one question, "Describe a situation when you delt with a difficult customer." I passed this interview with flying colors and was asked to come in for a second interview. This second time I met with another General Manager and the H.R director. The General Manager was very friendly and seemed interested in me. She asked about my organizational skills and what I know about the position. She spend about 30 minutes with me, then the H.R director came in. He looked over my resume and told me he would only spend 2 minutes with me, which took about 10 minutes. He asked me a question in spanish and I responded. He asked me who my past supervisor was, I gave him a name and he caught an attitude and said "no, I dont need a name I need a title." I apologized I did not understood the first time and I gave him her title. After this it became awkward.
I then took my skills assesment test which was a personality test, typing test, and how would I create email correspondeces.
I thought I did great after I met with the H.R director. Not sure what it was, but I didnt get the job. I would say overall it was a positive experience up until I met with the director. He may have been the reason I didnt get the job. I felt he was very arrogant.
