Received a phone call and set up a time to come in for a working interview. Interview was 4 hours of working.I was asked various questions about my prior experience and interests. I was called the next day and offered the job.
Negotiation Details
I asked for what I previously made inflated by 2.00. They ended up meeting me in the middle at 1.00 more than I had made at my previous job. Ask for more than you want to actually be paid per hour.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

I was interviewed by indian and it was very hard to understand some of the questions. I appreaciated the consideration however I think my inability to understand might have cost me not getting the job. All 3 interviews were conducted over the phone and that made it much more difficult.
