Upon personal and telephone interviews with Professional Services team, and after 2 months was deemed as leading candidate and advised, "we'll carry on next steps after the holidays:. Well, no response came and after a while I treated this process more as a practice session than anything. It was evident that there was a serious gap of leadership and decison making at the senior levels Additionally, a bit of arrogance was in the air. This culture was a big turn off and disappointment. Thanks for the practice to interview!
