Asset Manager Interview

Asset Manager
Carrollton, TX

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1 week - interviewed at VRM in September 2009.

Interview Details – Multiple interviews, usually with one of the middle managers. If you make it to a second interview, you can expect a job offer. The hardest part is actually getting the interview. If you know someone in management at the company, contact them before submitting an application.

Interview Question – No real tough questions. Standard interview questions like "What's your biggest weakness?". Most of the interviewers have not had previous management experience and as of this date, there is no standard list of questions.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There is none at the asset manager level. They will pay you what they offer.
