Interviewed Aug 2009 in Scottsdale, AZ (took 2 days)
Started with a phone interview, asked two general questions about my resume and my interest in the company, then set up an appointment to come in. In the 1:1 interview, was taken to an empty room and asked two similar questions, then shown a packet of information outlining the training program. A second interview was scheduled.

Company was new and consists of one or two people, and the job is an independent contractorship.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
