Interview Details – Started with a phone interview, asked two general questions about my resume and my interest in the company, then set up an appointment to come in. In the 1:1 interview, was taken to an empty room and asked two similar questions, then shown a packet of information outlining the training program. A second interview was scheduled.
Interview Question – What can you bring to this company? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Company was new and consists of one or two people, and the job is an independent contractorship.
