Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
Was contacted via e-mail to set up an interview. About a week later, I went to one of their branches and waited in a room with a few other candidates. People went in one by one and were interviewed by two people. A hiring manager, and of course, the service manager of that particular branch. After being interviewed by the hiring manager, you were interviewed by the service manager, and they consulted with each other about the prospect of hiring you.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 1+ week)
Met with Human Resources at headquarters and had a 1:1 interview there. She took notes during my interview and told me should was going to forward my application to the branch manager at the location applied for to see if the branch was interested in interviewing me. I was invited to the branch office for an interview a week later and had a 1:1 interview there. Basically the lady was forwarded questions from human resources at the main office to ask me and she was just reading them off the paper.

Interviewed May 2008 (took 1 week)
Initially, i met with the Branch Manager for a 1:1 interview. He asked about my past job experience and my involvment in extra curricular activities. He seemd to be looking for my ability to communicate with people (manners, personality, patience) He asked several questions regarding how i would handle situations with angry customers. He asked weather it was more important to make the customer happy even if I felt he was wrong. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
After a few days i received a phone call and was required to take an arithmetic and integrity test. The arithmetic test was very simple math. The integrity test asked questions such as: Have you ever stolen? Have you ever lied? Is your goal to optimize the profits of the company or to make money?
After passing both test i met for one more 1:1 interview that same day with a corporate administrator. He basically explained the companies philosophies and goals and wanted to know if i agreed with them and felt like i can work with them. The intervied was followed by the negotiation process.

intially he mentioned that most tellers started at about $7.50 per hour. However, I was able to get $9.25 per hour by explaining that anything less would be insufficient and by confidently explaining some of my expenses.
