I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Valvoline in May 2010.
Interview Details – There were two interview rounds.
1st Interview round - Taken by Line Manger to check :-
1. Communication Skills (Introduction & Background details)
2. Energy (required for sales profile)
3. Competency, skills possesed
4. Local Market Knowledge
Followed by HR questions :
1. Why was I looking for change
2nd Interview conducted by the dept. head to measure :-
1. Technical Knowledge
2. Analytical Skills
3. Core competencies
