I applied through other source and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Vanguard in February 2013.
Interview Details – Met a recruiter at a job fair. In person interview the next day with a manager. I met with the manager for 40 minutes. Standard interview. STAR method, behavioral questions. Told I would be contacted in 2 weeks for an onsite visit. Poor HR follow up-Never scheduled for onsite visit.
