Very Unprofessional!
I went for the initial interview with Vanguard. The guy was very nice. He sent me out to interview with the company that was hiring. I thought the interview went well. The Employer told me that he would contact Vanguard within a week when his decision was made.
I called the representative from Vanguard around that time. He told me that he didn't hear from the company yet. He said to call him back the next day cause he should have some news by then.
I called him back the next day and the next day after that. He was never available to speak. I also sent him an email and I never got a response back.
Obviously, I didn't get the job. However, It would have been nice to get at least an email response. I really needed that job.
