Interviewed Jan 2010 in Athens (Greece) (took 3 weeks)
Streamlined interview process, 2 rounds of phone screens and 1 onsite. Used codility.com and screen sharing via skype for the 2nd phone screen, which was cool. Onsite interview was more on problem solving than anything else. Work culture is long hours but rewarding after you get seniority.
All in all, good company to work for and seemed like they had some people that were technically sound and interesting to work with.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took a day)
I applied through my college job board. I received a phone call from the human resources manager and did a quick phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to come in to the offices for an in person interview with the hiring manager. The interview consisted of behavioral questions and tested my knowledge of the industry.

Interviewed May 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took 6+ weeks)
Fairly typical, except extended. People polite during the process, but could not explain why they would say a call or email would come on a certain day, then did not. Was a bit longer than it needed to be.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Athens (Greece) (took 3 months)
Contacted by HR to set up first appointment. Arrived at the interview and waited approximately 45 minutes to meet with head of HR and was promised a follow up meeting. After 2 weeks of waiting without any calls or emails, finally managed to reach HR and subsequently another interview was arranged 2 weeks after. Once again, no follow up after the meeting and then one month later another interview was set up. By that time I had found another job, but overall the HR team needs alot of working in communicating with prospective employees.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took 2 months)
Series of 1:1 conversations which were primarily intended to understand the fit with the company. Refreshing open discussion and honest Q&A going both ways.
If you interview with Velti you need to be very open about who you are and what you want to achieve. You need to be fully able and committed to deliver. Once these things are covered, you're pretty certain to receive an offer.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 5 months)
The company is experiencing rapid growth and is clearly having a tough time managing the process across multiple territories. There was no follow up after interviews, calls, emails to HR were completely ignored. Last minute interviews were requested and it seemed like they generally did not know what they were looking for or could make decisions effectively.
