Completed application on line, selected a day from a list of dates give to interview, went to interview and it was a screening, basically you are called up to a window (similiar to going to a teller at a bank) and asked various questions based on the position you are applying for.

After completing my application online, I answered a challenging problem solving questions and then was able to schedule and interview. In the actual interview, I was questioned in a booth or something similar to that of a ticket booth with side covered walls. An overview of the resume was asked along with what interested me in the position.

I initially applied online. I received an e-mail confirming everything and a few days later was invited to a 1:1 interview. This was held at the employment center. My first impression: This office is underground, cramped, and musky. No matter, after an hour of staring at old promos about the property, I was walked over to a booth where I verified some information with someone from HR.
It wasn't so much a 1:1 interview. I would say it was more of a personal screen so that they could tell that you fit their culture.
Next step was a "job fair". It was actually their way of saying a group interview. I was invited along with a dozen or so other applicants into a suite where we conducted a group interview in front of a panel of the executives.
If you did well, you were told to stay after that job interview. If you didn't, you were told that they'd call you back later.

No negotiation. It was on their terms. If you need specific days off, tough luck. But I've heard some people managed to negotiate certain days off using school as an excuse.

The initial interview with the HR manager was relatively easy, since she was just verifying details from my resume. the second interview when very well, but the third interview was strange: ther were many long silences over the phone; I was not sure if the interviewer was just writing notes or waiting out the silences? clearly my rapport with the interviewer was non-existent.

Applied online and waited 5 weeks for the opportunity to schedule an interview. At the interview, I waited in the reception area for about 20 minutes while watching a video about the hotel and all their employee benefits. I was called in to a room with the other candidates (for different positions I believe) that resembled a bank with teller podiums. I was asked to verify my social and the position I was applying for the then asked about a time that I went about and beyond. The entire interview lasted about 3 minutes. The next day I was sent a rejection email. Was well qualified for this position and completed confused about they hiring process. I feel like there was some sort of secret phrase or password that I was supposed to know. Seemed like a waste of time.
