Interview Details – This company mainly hire's through Temp Agencies. The actual interview was with the Director of Operations. He was straight forward with the performance expectations. It was a comfortable and relaxed conversation unlike the typical inquisition about past work experiences.
Interview Question – There weren't any particularly difficult questions or unexpected questions. The basis of the position is to make high volume phone call interviews through out the day. All of the questions were geared to computer knowledge and understanding of how the day to day operations work in a retail or restaurant setting. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The offer comes through the temp agency and there is no negotiation.
