Interviewed Aug 2010 in Boston, MA (took a day)
First interview was on the phone, second in front of a group panel. The atmosphere was light and the interviewers were curteous and direct. The only issue I had was with the delay in notifying the potential candiates for the job.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Boston, MA (took 2 days)
I was contacted by a headhunter to interview in Boston for a position at HQ (although I would be virtual here in Boston). I had 3 single person interviews and 2 panel interviews. I interviewed primarily with C-Levels, who were equally as interested in my personality and experience. Standard large corporation fare; mostly men (I am a woman) with, well, you know what stuck up their you know where.

Reason for Declining
I own my on HR consulting firm, and quite frankly, having left AT&T to start my own company more than 5 years ago, I wasn't ready to give up my autonomy and go back to a large corporation.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Medford, MA (took a day)
I applied online via e-mail. They called me back the same day. They interviewed me the next day and I started a three day training the next day. The interview was very easy as though I was already getting the job and I started working immedietly.
During the interview they asked about my past experience and my duties while working at my past employers. Honestly, they did not ask anything else that was worth remembering. If you interview for this company and you have the sales associate experience. You got it!!!!!
