Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
The interview process was in four parts, the most difficult was the skills assessment test which was online. The phone interview was informative and the in person interview consisted of two separate interviews with Situation, Actions and Results type questions and sitting with an associate of the company for 30 minutes to see what the job entails.
Everyone there was very nice, but they promised me they would call me in two days, it's been three weeks and I haven't heard back from the company. I left 3 messages and 3 emails contacting the HR department with no return call.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 1 week)
First they will e-mail you to set up a phone interview. They also require you to read a few documents before hand. then at the phone interview they will check and see if you already read the document. She'll also ask questions about your work background on sales such as how to handle a difficult customer.
after that they set up a one on one interview with a store manager.
I arrived at the store for the interview but they didn't let me know that the interview time was directly at the time when the store is opening. I arrived early and have to wait outside in the heat.
During the interview she ask me questions similar to the phone interview. I didn't know if they want me to repeat the answer or give another one.
after the interview I call them up again after a week. She told me that I didn't have enough Sales experience.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Medford, MA (took a day)
I applied online via e-mail. They called me back the same day. They interviewed me the next day and I started a three day training the next day. The interview was very easy as though I was already getting the job and I started working immedietly.
During the interview they asked about my past experience and my duties while working at my past employers. Honestly, they did not ask anything else that was worth remembering. If you interview for this company and you have the sales associate experience. You got it!!!!!
