Very good communication, the hiring company kept me updated on the status of my application almost daily. They gave me chance to ask any questions and made me a tour of the facilities.

On the phone interview, the asked me some very rethoric, concept management questions i was not used to answer on an interview, but besides that, no prob

Yes, its prossible. Just remember if you want something, ask for it, no one is going to volunteer benefits.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.
