Test Engineer Interview

Test Engineer

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Verizon in March 2014.

Interview Details – I had 2 phone interviews the first one was supposed to be with a few members of the team but only the manager and 1 employee joined the call. And on the second phone interview 7 people were coming and going on and off the teleconference during the interview so some of the same questions were asked wasting time. Both interviews seemed unorganized and certain details about the job that I had questions about were not answered by the interviewers for reasons I can't explain. I was told I was a top candidate but months later and I have yet to hear anything pertaining to the job. I doubt I would have taken the job if offered.

Interview Question – Explain how you would go about confronting your manager in a situation where you've discovered he/she has committed an illegal act.   Answer Question
