Interview Details – Multiple interviews over the phone with different levels of HR, then one in store interview. The in store interview is dependent on the manager. In my case, it was better to have a conversation than a question / answer format.
They're looking for customer service experience or a way to relate to it. Someone who is nice and friendly and knows how to hold a conversation and ask questions is going to stand out.
