Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
a woman with a strong British accent made the phone call, and had to follow several questions, and everything you say, she types in a computer. doesn't feel very natural, since she had to fill something in all the questions.
asked how much i'd expect making at vestas, an example when i had to deal with someone working against me, where i;d like to work at the company, a situation when i had to change/improve my soft skills, among many others during 45min straigth
at the end i was not called because when she asked for questions, i asked for something that could be found on their website, and for them, it shows no motivation

Interviewed May 2010 in Houston, TX (took a day)
I was invited to their site for less than half a day interview. No meal involved.
The recruiter from HR welcomed me and showed me their offices and facilities.
Then I was interviewed by several junior engineers for technical competence. They had similar engineering background as I did. Their questions were mostly about my previous experience at school and my skills. This part lasted for one hour. They left and presumably gave feedback to the recruiter.
The next half hour was scheduled with the HR to evaluate if I was a fit to the company's culture. But this process was somehow canceled on that day.
After a short moment of waiting in the conference room, I was offered an intern engineering position and I took it right away.
I heard the full time process is much more intensive and similar to most companies. It may consist of a couple of days on-site interview with various group of people.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 3 days)
Had multiple interviews on the phone, as well as a full day of panel interviews. Over half of the "managers" that spoke to me in the panel or one on one personal interviews had negative things to say about the company, especially in regards to the company as a whole being "chief" or "management" heavy, and extremely to heavy in multiple departments.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
After hearing the negative issues from the internal staff, as well as the overall employee unhappiness. I was completely floored at how unhappy the executive and management staff was in regards to the company over all.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
First part of interview the interviewer asked a lot of questions, many of them very direct and professional. It was a challenge but the interviewer responded very well to honest answers and therefore it went well. The questions were about everything from basic information such as education to estimating my performance in e.g. my education.
The second part of the interview consisted of on-the-spot case solving. All cases were solved in front of the interviewer on a whiteboard and included industry analysis as well as logical and mathematical questions.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 months)
Applied online and within a couple of days received an invitation to do the IQ/Math/etc. tests. Each test was a different phase, with knock-out rounds.
After I passed the tests, a phone interview was next (had some issues with connection on the first try with but they were nice enough to reschedule it).
After passing phone interview, got an invitation to assessment center to Denmark. AC was tough, whole day from 7 in the morning to 7 at night. Lots of interviews, group work, personal and group assessment, etc.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Portland, OR (took a day)
Initial phone interview, which led to an office interview with the VP of HR and a current Management Assistant. Asked a lot of questions about analytics and tried to ensure the position was differentiated as a management training position and not an administrative assistant position.
