Interviewed Feb 2011 in Columbia, MO (took 2 weeks)
I was a little bit nervous because I did not have as much experience as the competition may have had. I think a unique thing about this company is that for TALENTed and Hard working people they will take a risk even if they do not have the "traditional" experience and education for that field. I had one group interview.

Interviewed May 2011 in Columbia, MO (took a day)
Fairly standard interview. I emailed my resume and cover letter, and heard back a couple days later. We emailed back and forth about five times and scheduled an interview. The interview was one on one with my potential boss, who asked pretty basic questions during the interview. The office was extremely casual, and the setting was very pleasant, next to a small artificial lake.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Columbia, MO (took 3 days)
I submitted a resume to HR through a current employee referral. I was called in for a face-to-face interview, completed an online intelligence/skills/personality test, and received a call back offering me the job. The interview was very conversational and smooth. The company obviously takes pride in their culture and in the way they treat employees, which left me with a good feeling. Everyone seems to value their job and want the right people working there.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Columbia, MO (took 2 weeks)
I was first contacted by the HR manager and setup a 1:1 interview with him. This was just a general interview in which we discussed my education, experience, interests, and why I wanted to work for the company. This interview also included an I/Q test. A few days after this interview I received a call back and was scheduled to interview with the supervisor and head of the department I was applying for a job within. This interview invovled more general questiosn about my skill sets, an explination of what the position I was applying for would entail, and then a discussion of how my skills would apply. A week after this second interview I receieved a call back again this time offering me the position.
