Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I first spoke with an HR rep that initially responded to quickly to my inquiries. At a certain point, the rep stopped communicating with me, even before I found out that they dropped me from the interview process.
Their office was very neat and attractive.
I believe that I intimidated the interviewers with my enthusiasm and desire to be proactive.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Easton, PA (took 2 days)
Met the recruiting lady couple time in school career events, and she delivered my resume. Next, they offered me an on-site visit which consisted of 4-5 one-on-one interviews. After about a month, they invited me back to the company for a second round interview. I met another 4-5 employers and took a intelligence and personality test.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
I went through an external head hunter for this job and was given a phone interview with Vic HR shortly after contact from the recruiter. HR was very nice and easy to speak to. I was scheduled for about a week later to meet with the hiring manager. We spoke about the job, my background and I asked a lot of questions about how the company does business. I probably flubbed the interview with my response to the questions regarding my typical sales calls which I underplayed. None the less, I believe this manager is looking for something that does not exist. Unless you are a PhD with amazing interpersonal skills and 40 years of experience, you may be wasting your time. And if you fit the bill, he may be too intimidated to hire you...
