The process took a day - interviewed at Victoria's Secret Stores in May 2012.
Interview Details – I was offered to move to a different store for full time staff (not supervisor/manager/comanager), Category and Customer Experience Manager asked how much I would need hourly, they told me they would look into it, I was asked to go there on my own expense to this store, I was observed and told the amount I would be offered. It was less than the amount I needed and it seemed like a waste of time. I have passion for the brand, but not for the pay.

Reason for Declining – not offered enough when told I was lead on I would recieve more.
Pros: Great discounts and gratis', great co-workers, So many associates are hired during holiday that the ones who don't fit in with everyone seem to get weeded out, also a lot of training and store meetings, so associates are well prepared on the floor. – Full Review
