Interview Details –
I submitted a paper application in person, was scheduled for an interview a week or two later. The interview was a group interview, but I was lucky to have a small group- only two other girls. We stood in a corner of the store with the manager of the department we'd applied to (bras), and she asked us all the typical questions: why do you want to work here, what does good customer service look like, etc. She was super friendly and the interview was actually pretty fun. I thought it went well, so I was disappointed when weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard from them. Then, almost a month later, one of my references texted me saying they had called her, and that night I was called for a second interview. I expected it to be 1:1, but it was another group one, this time even bigger. There were less questions, and none were anything we hadn't covered in the last interview, but it was with the store manager so I guess it was for her to get to know us personally. They told me I would hear in about 4 days. I went home, and maybe 20 minutes after the interview had ended I got a call saying I had been hired!
Both interviewers were very friendly and talkative, all the questions were fairly simple, typical interview questions. I definitely recommend dressing in all black- I wore a patterned dress but it was still mostly black, with a black sweater, tights, and shoes. Minimal makeup- you want to look natural and fresh-faced.

Negotiation Details – I didn't even try to negotiate- it's only my second job and I wasn't expecting more than minimum wage. She told me I'd be making $8.25 an hour and I was perfectly fine with that.
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 4+ weeks.
