Software Engineer at VideoEgg

No Offer – Interviewed in San Francisco, CA Sep 2010 – Reviewed Sep 14, 2010

Interview Details – Contacted by a recruiter. Had multiple phone interviews with her and the VPE, who conducted 2 pretty in-depth coding exercises w/ IDE on skype/screen-share. I was told they wanted me to meet the team. A 4-5h interview was scheduled. I drove up to SF from the valley and got a call on my way asking me to turn around because the interview was canceled : internal transfer was made. Pretty rude imho to cancel such last minute on an employed candidate who arranged for such a long interview during business hours.
