Interviewed Dec 2011 in Huntingdon, England (United Kingdom) (took 5 days)
face to face interview with software manager, none of technical stuff, more like formal conversation. Interviewer asked me how to measure my technical ability!!! ????? then asked me to send him some of written code !!!! I sent them three code snippets, two of them fully documented and one very simple but very tricky code (without any explanation) that on surface looks like helloworld kind of code but under hood it was code that shows typical vulnerability in c++ code to manipulate array overflow to change the instruction pointer. I purposefully included this code without any explanation as I had doubt about myself being technically overqualified for the team. And feedback was just as I expected They were concerned at the lack of documentation and notation within the code I had provided, although they did appreciate the complexity of some of the code I have written. Meaning they were baffled with simple code and could make out of it.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Wood Dale, IL (took 1+ week)
3 interviews with 1st being with HR. Next is with sales manager and then director. Questions were not too tough especially with the director. Work culture is completely relaxed and you could hear a pen drop from the other side of the building. I've never seen a silent sales department operate. All of the people are just trying to deceive their bosses to keep their positions. For the salary it kind of makes sense.
