I applied through other source and the process took a day - interviewed at Virgin Care in May 2011.
Interview Details – Applied via letter and CV. Interview offer was made by phone and the HR team were very helpful and checked I was still attending the day before, and called to ask how it had gone. The interview was at the local office, which was difficult to find as the address is not very good for google searching as is in DBH ofices and there are no logo's present advertising it.
Interview Question – Was given a task - Told you have 'x' amount of money for a new service. Then very little other information, just that you had a doctor and a nurse and how much they cost. Was asked if need a calculator? And to work out service costs. View Answer
Negotiation Details – Yes I was but would have negotiated harder if know a bit more. Things like days annual leave and salary don't take first first offer as there may be room to negotiate more on these.
