Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Virtual Surveillance (Allen, TX) in May 2012.

Interview

I was referred by a friend and have worked here before, so the employer knew my abilities. I was interviewed more with respect to my goals and desired role than based on my ability to perform the job. I received an offer in writing within a few hours of my interview.

Interview Questions

  • At the leadership level, the company was concerned (as it should be) that my personal employment goals and needs lined up well with their intentions.   Answer Question

Negotiation

The negotiation phase was straightforward and brief. I was offered the top compensation budgeted for the position.
