I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Virtusa in November 2012.
Interview Details – Process was lengthy. Written test consisting of 2 papers, IQ and Technical. Then a technical interview with Software Engineer. Finally a Technical Interview with the Software Architect. Papers and interviews are very hard. There was a one week gap between each round.
Virtusa is a good company but you must be a genius to get inside
