Interviewed Feb 2011 in Hyderabad (India) (took a day)
I had a campus interview. There were three rounds.
First round was a test for around 2.5 hrs which checked analytic skills, English, Logical reasoning, C language basics, Data structures.
Second round was 1:1 interview where data structures and algorithms were asked. Also, OOP was asked since I had done it as an elective. Basic questions on C programming were asked.
Third round was the HR round and the location, general talks, my departmental activities were talked about.
I was selected and am working here since last 9 months.

Negotiation Details
I was a fresher and was selected at on-campus interview and hence, there was not an option to negotiate. It was an already declared package and they adhered to it.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

I had 2 techincal Interview which were telephonic
then i had a management 1:1 interview
then i had HR interview and salary negoatiation round

It was rigrous negotiation however if they have made up their mind hiring you, you can do some bargain
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
