Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc..

Interview

I met them at a career fair and they scheduled an interview within two days. The first round was technical, and asked some pretty simple questions. There were two more such interviews, one that assessed general problem solving and the other emphasizing coding (some questions were a bit challenging). The last round was a behavioral interview, but had easy questions overall.

    Interview

I applied online and was called for an in-person interview. I talked to an HR rep over the phone and one of the hiring managers in person. He asked mainly behavioral questions, but was very condescending. He looked at my resume as well and asked questions based on activities and skills.

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Chicago, IL) in January 2015.

    Interview

It was pretty relaxed. Phone interview. They went through my resume and asked me questions about that first then they went on to ask the behavioral questions. The behavioral was pretty standard and the resume review was very typical. Just be prepared to have good examples from all your listed experience/leadership positions if you're in college.

    Interview

Applied through University Recruiting system. Had in-person interview followed by two phone interviews. Received and accepted offer after the 2nd phone interview. The process took 2 weeks. Both of the interviews were largely fit and behavioral based. All standard questions and largely based off of resume-questioning. Know a lot about Visa and the payments industry in general. Have a good reason for wanting to work there, and know your resume well.
