    Interview Details

    Interview consisted of 3 separate 1 hour interviews with HR and with 2 members of senior management. It was clear they were going through the motions despite me having the exact qualifications and experience to move in to this position. No feedback was given to HR by the 2 senior managers, HR took 6 weeks to notify me that I had not passed to the second round and their criteria for selection who went to the second round were based on one person only - very poor technique and very amateurish.

    Interview Details

    It took about a month from my application for me to be scheduled for an interview. The interviewer was obviously in a rush, and had a lot of difficult questions, some of which were related to the skills necessary for the job, others totally unrelated. At the same time they were also very professional, and answered all of my questions honestly and openly. I was then told to contact HR for the feedback or any other questions about the position or the process.

    It was a very long interview process that required many conversions with multiple people at all levels of the organization.
