I applied through college or university and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Visa Inc. in March 2012.

Interview Details – I got three official rounds with a manager and 2 heads of different departments. The interviews were friendly and casual with some light casing. Afterwards I got feedback from the recruiter (positive) and invite to meet with the hiring manager, to make sure I like the job. Then you get the final offer.
