I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Visa Inc..

Interview Details – The recruiter I worked with was extremely bubbly & precise in her work. A positive start that covered the negative attitude & processes of the company :-). There was no phone screening they like my resume a lot so i was invited to onsite directly. I had two rounds. First was the standard interview process for 4-5 hours. Second time was to meet VP of engineering

Interview Question – Standard questions on java, data structures, design, a puzzle, spring framework. Mostly practical questions relevant to day to day programming work.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They were a bit stingy
