Interviewed Mar 2012 in Foster City, CA (took 2 days)
1st phone interview with HR to talk go over the resume. Then 1:1 on-site interview with 5 people (half day). Then schedule another half day on-site interview with 4 people (30 mins each). The interview process is pretty smooth and organize. HR has very good and quick follow up after each interview.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 6 weeks)
I submitted my resume online & was contacted by the HR manger for a phone interview within 3 weeks of my online submisson. HR setup a conference call with HR manager and the Hiring manager which was quite extensive.. They scheduled a face to interview with 6 executives and the hiring manager. It was scheduled & then at the last minute a HR manager tells me the interview was cancelled because job title changed..
Not sure what that was about.. The job may have been filled or other candidates were found but still I would have expected a better answer such as "we are looking at other candidates"... explanation of job title changed seemed odd.
I was told the HR manager would get in touch with me. but still no response..

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took a day)
I got a phone call from HR person. She asked me to tell her about my experience working with Visa system. I believe my cover letter and resume was perfectly written so all I had to do is to expand on key points specifically related to the position. Since I am located in Canada I was asked to provide U.S. work permit if hired and I wasn't sure.

Interviewed May 2009 (took 2+ weeks)
Met with the extended team. The one thing that stood out, is that the interviewers were all at a higher level than the the position being interviewed for. In retrospect, this implies getting blindsided due not meeting others at the same level. Get a high level picture, but no opportunity to understand specific role responsibilities only to be surprised later.
