I thought that was an innovative question to ask and allowed the company to see and feel about more about you personally. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They offer you a salaried amount and they are very firm on this amount but this was back in 2007 when the economy was getting bad.
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Visteon in August 2010.
Interview Details – I was a contract worker. I applied for an open position and it took about two months before they contacted me. I spoke with the HR rep to go over my resume. Simple phone interview about what I did at the company and ahy I wanted to be hired into the company. I interviewed with the hiring manager for about a hour. It was straight foward concerning my background as to how it was related to the analyst position. I was contacted a week after the interview with an offer,

Interview Details – The job was originally posted at my university in the engineering department. I had to submit a cover letter, CV and general HR question to apply. Once clearing the initial stage I had a telephone interview were I had to outline the company, the reasons for applying and discuss my university course. Once I cleared this stage I was asked to attend a face to face interview/assessment morning were I had to answer both HR competency question and technical questions.
