The hiring process was fast and easy. They accommodate individuals who need to do phone interviews. The staff is very friendly and arts oriented, making the work place a fun and exciting place to be. They are looking for people that have great personalities, if you can pass that test, you will have a job offer.

I was not able to negotiate the salary, however after a year of employment, I was able to set up a meeting to discuss it.
