Phone interview. 1:1 interview with Supervisor then follow-up interview 1:1 with other Supervisor. Online skills assessment, and second skills assessment on your first 1:1 interview.

Nothing, I was promised a salary/hourly base pay when offered the position by the first Supervisor I interviewed with then paid at an entirely different rate. When I brought it to the attention of the Supervisors and Upper Management I was told, "Were you on your cell phone...well that's how you may have misunderstood...we don't pay anyone that amount to start off...and all the quotes on shift differential...well I don't know where you got that from?...you must have not heard correctly..."

After being hired: The interviewer did not accurately describe the environment to the company. Misleading towards hiring me at the expense of being deceiving. The compensation is not fair.

It was a quick interview process on all occasions. I guess I was lucky. I knew someone that worked their and knew they manager. I started off part-time. Applied in person and the same day I was hired. For my fulltime position, I wasn't interviewed just hired because I had been covering for the team for a while. For my last position, the interview or test took may 7 minutes the most. I was just offered a position and ask to review a document and was hired.
