I applied in-person and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Vivo (Brazil) in May 2011.
Interview Details – Usually a HR make a basic interview to understand the motivations of candidate and if its values are same of the company. Next, a personality and skills test are done and the background is checked.
Finally, an new interview with a Senior Maneger and other techinical leader are made.
