I applied through an employee referral and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Vodafone in August 2008.
Interview Details – First interview was via phone (Phone screening) was an easy one just to check the knowledge background and the English command as well, then afterwards an HR interview plus a technical one and after passing both there was a last interview with the Manager which i can say it an overview interview which may include Technical/Personal quiestions
Interview Question – dont remember an exact one but it wasnt that eazy interview, specially the HR part maybe the technical wasnt that tough because i was a fresh graduate at that time and my entry job was a front line support engineer which didnt require a very high technical knowledge,
