Interview Details – The hiring process began with a standard presentation about the company and the job profile. Questions and doubts were encouraged by the management. After that process interested students were split into different groups and a group discussion was conducted to assess their communication and team playing abilities. The short listed students from the group discussion were called for a face to face interview at the office with an interview panel.
