    First Round was Telephonic and after 2-3 days got call for face 2 face. got confirmation from HR after 2 days but HR interview and salary negotiation process is too slow. also hike they give is very less.

    Applied over the Career Site. Then called for Test. The result was declared on the same day. the test was on difficult side. Then GD took place. They said the GD result will be conveyed to only successful candidate, tough my GD was very good ,but couldn't make it to next round. Got mail after 15 days , that you couldn't make to interview round. The GD topic was easy.

    Just 2 rounds.technical..n Telephonic Hr. Lots of questions in technical! They asked each n every bit of detail mentioned in my resume.. Technical was of good standard! HR round was too long..but intersting! All scenario based questions.

    Only given interview, the process for the interview was fabulous, I got a call from a consultant enrolled in naukri.com. Within a week went for interview. The first round is 1:1 round. The interview took about 45 minutes-1 hour. I have given various topologies for ospf and STP primarily and was asked the concepts for other protocols.

    • Attended only the first round. The interview was based on concepts, had been asked about BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Vlan and STP. Also asked if I have ever worked on MPLS, Wireless or QOS. If you know the concepts well, you can easily crack the interview. I would suggest to install GNS3, get some topologies on and understand how the packet flow from one router to another. That would be enough to crack any interview.   Answer Question

    I got a call from consultant regarding a role of managing vendors and a position of manager online marketing. I told him that I am an operations manager and have no experience in vendor management and you can process my cv if it gets shortlisted by the panel then good I will have an opportunity to learn. In the evening I got a call that my profile has been shortlisted by functional head and he wants to meet me on 11th November 2014 for first round of interview and that went really well. Then I got a call from consultant that second round of interview which is a mere formality will be conducted on 18th November 2014 and that would be with the reporting manager of functional head 'kavita nair' I met her and the interview didn't even last for 3 mins. All she said was that the skill set dont match the requirement. That was such a filthy attitude and I believe she being a tenured employee at Vodafone has developed a complecent attitude. If my skills were not matching why did they shortlist my cv?why did they take first round of interview and this psycho lady calls me for second round of interview to tell me that skills dont match ...2 hours you travel ti hear this ...this could have been communicated over the phone as well. I think she needs a shrink and some interviewing skills workshops. VODAFONE CAN ATLEAST HELP THEIR TENURED EMPLOYEES LIKE KAVITA NAIR TO GET WELL SOON AND COME OVER THEIR COMPLACENT ATTITUDE OR ELSE IF YOU WANT I WILL DO SOME CHARITY
