    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England (UK)) in June 2015.

    Interview

It took a long time to review the application, to the extent at which I had forgotten about it! Took a long time to then arrange the interview and feedback took longer than expected as well. Initial feedback was that there was nothing negative about the interview - it was down to experience, which they knew I did not have. I then had to wait another month to be advised I was not going forward for a second interview.

    Business Analyst Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Bangalore (India)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Bangalore (India)) in August 2015.

    Interview

Interview was very professional. Timings were strictly adhered to as per scheduled with HR. To be honest, interview was more focused on "What prospective employee can do?" instead of "All I have done so far or bragged in resume!". First Stage - Assessment to be done for real time scenario in an hour. Second Stage - Assessment is explained to Interview panel in India/UK. Both will give points to you on every question you answered. Third Stage - There will be some situation based generic questions which you need to answer based on you previous BA experience. Answer needs to be detailed as "Situation faced", "Action taken" and "Learning/ Outcome". (Few questions in sample questions added. Make sure you take 2-3 minutes to think before answering instead of hurrying to it.) Finally - HR Discussion.

    Interview Questions

    Customer Experience Service Designer Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Newbury, England (UK)
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England (UK)) in August 2015.

    Interview

Telephone interview then networking event followed by a face-to-face interview. First 2 stages in the process were really well run and engaging although very 'corporate'. The Face-to-Face interview was sloppy: Time of interview changed the day before. 2 people that were going to run the interview were changed and replaced by another Vodafone person - only found this out when they came to get me. The person did not know what role i was being interviewed for and i had to clarify. No room was available so a room was 'stolen' - 3 interruptions during the interview with people who had booked the room trying to get in.
