Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Milan (Italy) Feb 2010 – Reviewed May 3, 2012
Interview Details – First of all there was an assessment at the University, as the company was a partner of the campus, where all the people selected past the CV screening were given an SHL test, to look for basic numerical and analytical competences. After that there was a phone interview to confirm the interest and then a 1:1 interview with the line managers.

Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took 3 days.
