Interview Details – had a phone interview after applying online i was asked questions about my background and previous employment i then had a 1:1 interview with a store manager and was asked again about my background and why i wanted to work for the companya nd what i could bring to the table. I was also asked about problematic situations with customers or fellow employees i was also asked about meeting targets and my views about how to go about doing so.
