Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
initial interview was with h/r representative, district manager and controller
the h/r representative clearly was not interested in being in the meeting; the controller's people skills were next to nill
initial interivew didn't even last 30 minutes; they called me a few days later with an offer; i requested a second interview to discuss more of the job duty requirements and the organization long term goals; wasn't comfortable with the conversation when they were discussing other regions and financial standpoint
Reason for Declining
i was to manage over a staff however i was declined the request to meet the team before i accepted the offer; wouldn't assist in tutition assistance for CPA prep courses
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Cannon Falls, MN (took a day)
I was called and asked to interview the following week. The interview went well. Typical questions were asked such as "What are your best and worst qualities?" and "How would you handle this situation..." The interview was 1 on 1 with the HR department. Later I met the DON who asked me the exact same questions as I had answered with HR.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
I met with three people who each had a few pages with the same interview questions. They took turns going down the list and asking me the questions. It felt very contrived and none of them seemed very comfortable during the interview.
