I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at W.C. Service in June 2012.
Interview Details – I applied online and received a call back within a week. I was then asked a number of questions about my background by phone. Then I was invited in for an interview with a consultant hired to screen applicants. My second interview brought in the owner. I was notified by phone the next day that I was being offered the position, which was followed up by an email with a formal offer to sign.
Negotiation Details – Negotiations were not really offered. As this is a sales position, there was a projection of what was possible to make, given the number of deals generated and when they closed.
Pros: Very patient and willing to give an opportunity for new employees to find their own way to make the company shine. Training for the job was a top priority and it shows in the way I have been able to help the company to grow. – Full Review
